The Opportunity
As the welcoming face of our club, you'll greet and engage with members, keep them informed about club events, promotions and offerings, actively promote the Panthers Rewards program, and deliver outstanding customer service that creates memorable experiences with every interaction.
What you'll be doing

Promote and communicate the benefits of the Panthers Rewards program to members and their guests accurately in a proactive and professional manner.

Welcome, greet and sign in all patrons entering the club.

Respond to member and guest enquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently.

Ensure the efficient processing of Panthers Rewards point redemptions including active assistance to members at kiosk terminals.

Maintain accurate membership records by ensuring all data is entered correctly into the membership database.

Keep team members informed of updates to Panthers Rewards procedures, upcoming promotions and club activities.

Provide administrative support to guests wishing to join the club

Perform general administrative duties as required.

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club sits proudly in the middle of what has become the impressive and expansive Panthers Precinct. Our club boasts 11 restaurants, 6 bars and 12 meeting, event and function rooms and adrenalin activities. Panthers is a not-for-profit organisation, heavily focused on our members, their guests and our community.
