At 1800Washed, we're a proud family-owned business based in Aspendale Gardens, dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses across Melbourne's southeast maintain and enhance their properties. With a reputation for reliability, professionalism and quality results, we're looking for a motivated Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.
About the Role
As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll deliver professional cleaning services that help homes and businesses shine and last longer. You’ll also be the friendly face clients trust to provide professional service and advice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Pressure washing and soft washing driveways, patios, roofs, façades, walls and decks
- Internal and external window cleaning
- Solar panel and gutter cleaning
- Occasional internal cleaning, including builders cleans, renovation cleans, pre-sale cleans and end-of-lease cleans
- Occasionally assisting with onsite assessments or quoting where required
- Identifying and communicating potential additional cleaning or maintenance needs
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Completing job photos, final quality checks and customer walkthroughs as required
- Ensuring all work is done safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Delivering a friendly, professional experience to every customer
What We’re Looking For
- Great attitude and willingness to learn (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia (non-negotiable)
- Experience in exterior cleaning, window cleaning, landscaping or similar hands-on work (preferred)

- Working with Children Check
- Working at Heights certification
- EWP (Elevating Work Platform) certification
