About the Role
The Manager, Integrated Health Services provides strategic leadership and coordination across a broad portfolio of culturally responsive health programs, including Early Years, Maternal and Child Health, Nursing, Midwifery, Allied Health, Chronic Care, Health Promotion, and Reception services.
This role leads a multidisciplinary team, providing supervision, clinical governance, and direction to ensure high-quality, culturally safe service delivery. It also oversees referral triage and coordination for Allied Health and visiting specialist services, ensuring timely and appropriate access to care.
About You
You are an experienced and values-driven leader with a strong background in health or early years services. You bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Management, Health, Early Years, or Nursing
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within Aboriginal community contexts
- Current professional registration where applicable (e.g., AHPRA)
- Strong knowledge of maternal and child health, family support, and public health programs
- Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making capability, with a commitment to culturally responsive, client-centred outcomes
