About the Role
The role of a Avionics- AME is being responsible for completing maintenance tasks safely, efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements under the direction of the supervising Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME). The position is expected to consistently adhere to company safety and security standards, approved procedures and documented work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:

The safe and efficient performance of all assigned duties.

Performance of all assigned duties in accordance with the Alliance AMO Exposition and engineering work instructions.

Performance of all requested duties and tasks by the direct supervisor, LMM or SBE
-
Ensure all maintenance carried out using current approved maintenance data
-
Ensure regular communication and report any defects as soon as possible to the supervising LAME.

Performance of aircraft ground handling duties as required.

Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and IAW the Company Safety Manual and Workplace Health and Safety Manual

Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
-
Ensure accurate recording of all work carried out in accordance with the Engineering Work Instructions
-
Ensure compliance with all company and departmental training and procedures
-
Ensure all duties carried out are listed on the individual’s competency record

Ensure the correct and compliant handling of parts IAW Engineering Work Instructions

Ensure compliant control of personal and company tooling IAW Engineering Work Instructions

Ensure the accurate and timely recording of work performed in the AMO electronic timesheet system
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a Certificate IV in Aeroskills who demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately and as instructed. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others, while also showing initiative and the confidence to work autonomously. A strong team focus, reliable work ethic and commitment to safety and quality are essential.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
