- Manage the daily operations of Opoint’s inclusive hospitality venue, including service workflow, customer experience and operational procedures.
- Coordinate hospitality services for NDIS participants and general public customers.
- Supervise, train and coordinate hospitality staff, support workers, casual employees and external contractors involved in the venue’s operations.
- Develop and implement inclusive service procedures to support safe and respectful participation for people with disability.
- Manage bookings, customer enquiries, participant service arrangements and stakeholder communications.
- Liaise with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and external service providers to ensure service suitability and quality.
- Oversee stock, suppliers, purchasing, menu/service coordination and cost control.
- Manage budgets, service resources, operational expenses and financial reporting for the hospitality service.
- Monitor service quality, customer feedback, complaints, incidents and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, privacy, incident reporting and NDIS service quality requirements.
- Prepare operational reports for management and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Support the growth and development of Opoint’s inclusive hospitality and community participation services.
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
