Blu Marlin Bistro is a busy, welcoming restaurant committed to serving great food and providing excellent customer service. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Junior Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their hospitality career. No previous experience is necessary—we're happy to provide training for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Keeping the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organised
- Assisting with basic food preparation as required
- Taking out rubbish and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Restocking kitchen supplies and assisting chefs when needed
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
About You
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required
- No experience required, training will be provided
