Bennett + Bennett is seeking an organised Training Coordinator to join our administration team in the Gold Coast office. In this newly created role, you will coordinate training, maintain competency records, track compliance requirements and support onboarding and mobilisation activities across the business. This is an opportunity to take ownership of training coordination activities that support our people, projects and clients.

Your Role and Impact
Coordinate training requests, bookings and communications with employees, managers and training providers.
Maintain a forward training calendar, competency register and expiry tracking.
Ensure training certificates, checks, medicals and expiry dates are accurately recorded and kept current in our HRIS (ELMO).
Support onboarding and mobilisation requirements by obtaining copies of licences and certifications, coordinating medicals and drug and alcohol testing, and completing other required checks.
Coordinate recurring WHS, operational and project-related training as directed by Operations and WHS.
Monitor upcoming competency and compliance requirements so employees are ready for site and client requirements.
Maintain training provider accounts and contacts, coordinate bookings and help identify opportunities for preferred rates.
Help coordinate the relevant approvals and agreements for higher-cost training before bookings are made.
Work closely with Operations, WHS, People and Culture, and managers to keep training requirements on track.
What You Bring
Demonstrated experience in a senior administration, coordination, training, compliance or operational support role.
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong administrative judgement, accuracy and follow-through, with a commitment to maintaining complete records.
Clear verbal and written communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Confidence using databases, workflow systems and digital records.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to identify issues and follow through to resolution.
Experience coordinating training, onboarding, compliance activities or workforce administration will be highly regarded.
Experience within surveying, construction, infrastructure, professional services or a related industry will be advantageous.
Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, human resources or a related field are highly regarded.
