The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial cleaning business throughout Melbourne.
This is a growth-focused role with responsibility for generating new business opportunities, securing commercial contracts, and developing strategic relationships.
This position is strictly focused on business development and company growth.
There are no cleaning duties, operational duties, or administrative responsibilities associated with this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with property managers and facility managers.
- Secure commercial cleaning contracts.
- Build referral and partnership networks.
- Develop new client relationships.
- Attend meetings and present company services.

Skills and Experience
