We are conveniently located in the Playoust Building, nestled in the historic community of Hawker. Free parking available on site and close to public transport.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant in our thriving Hawker practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high-quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong communication skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
This is a part-time position requiring availability 2–3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday and occasional Saturdays). Flexibility can be offered for the right candidate.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant - preferred
- Orthodontic knowledge - highly regarded
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable
You are:
- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
