Little Echidna Early Learning Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator to join our close-knit team in Blaxland, just 10 minutes from Penrith.

About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Create meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support and deliver engaging learning experiences based on the EYLF
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive
- Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Contribute to the ongoing success of our high-quality early learning program
About You
You will have:
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards it)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
