In this role, you'll:
Be responsible for developing and delivering strategic, future-focused communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives for the RegSTAR program, ensuring optimal outcomes for partners, stakeholders, and customers.
Develop and implement high-value, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement plans
Build and manage relationships across a broad stakeholder network, including regulators, business units, transport agencies, technology teams, and external vendors
Design and deliver engagement strategies to support program outcomes
Prepare a range of communication materials, including newsletters, updates, briefing papers, and stakeholder communications
This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position based at the Macquarie Park office with some travel required to the Parramatta office.

About you
- Proven experience in stakeholder management within complex environments
- Experience in strategic advisory, communications, or stakeholder engagement roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging communication
- Experience working with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in large programs, projects, government, or similarly complex organisations is highly desirable
