About Rally
Rally delivers NDIS Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology with a team that actually talks to each other — shared notes and handovers on our own platform. Work by telehealth, in person, or a blend; it's your call. We've launched, we're onboarding participants, and we're growing our team across Greater Sydney and New South Wales.

The role
You'll carry your own caseload of NDIS participants of all ages, focused on communication goals — delivered by telehealth, in person, or a mix.
What the work involves
- Assess and goal-set for communication with participants of all ages, by telehealth or in person
- Support language, speech, AAC and social communication
- Write progress and outcome reports
- Collaborate with our OT team on shared participant records

What we're looking for
- A recognised speech pathology qualification
- Eligible for practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP or working toward it) — new graduates welcome
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working With Children Check, a national police check, professional indemnity insurance and an ABN
- Confident working with participants over telehealth and in person
