Your Role
As a Trainee Educator, you’ll support children through play-based learning and help create a safe, nurturing environment for growth and discovery. You’ll work closely with experienced educators and contribute to daily routines and programming while completing your studies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting play-based learning experiences that foster development.
- Assisting in planning and implementing daily programs.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and child-safe learning environment.
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Embodying professionalism and a commitment to child safety at all times.

- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Commitment to completing your Certificate III qualification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
