About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across our community nursing and aged care services, including:
✔ Client assessments, care planning, and clinical reviews
✔ Clinical guidance and support for complex care needs
✔ Advanced wound care assessment and management
✔ Education and mentoring for care teams
✔ Clinical documentation reviews and quality improvement
✔ Supporting compliance with aged care standards and best practice care
About You
You are an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about community care and developing others.
You will bring:
✔ Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
✔ Clinical leadership or mentoring experience
✔ Experience in aged care, community nursing, disability, or acute care
✔ Strong assessment, documentation, and care planning skills
✔ Advanced wound care experience
✔ Understanding of Home Care Packages and community-based care
You will also hold or be willing to obtain a Police Check, First Aid & CPR certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and have a current driver’s licence.
