Key Responsibilities
As a Mathematics Content Developer, you will play a central role in developing academic materials and shaping the overall learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and creating original Mathematics content for Grades 7, 8 & 9 (including exams, assignments, and practice materials)
- Structuring resources for clarity, logical progression, and ease of learning
- Developing detailed, step-by-step solutions that clearly explain reasoning and concepts
- Ensuring all materials are aligned with the Victorian curriculum standards and syllabus requirements
- Reviewing and refining content to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Contributing ideas to improve content development processes
Candidate Requirements/Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Strong understanding of core Mathematics concepts across secondary-level topics
- Familiarity with Victorian school curriculum
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple projects
Desirable Skills
- Experience creating academic materials such as worksheets, booklets, or assessment
