Role 1: Analyst

Role Description
We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Analysts to join our growing Gold Coast teams You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive group, working directly with senior management on a wide range of corporate insolvency matters.

Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to gain an understanding of relevant principles of corporate insolvency legislation, rules and guidelines
- Ability to develop understanding of insolvency administration procedures
- Professional and ethical conduct at all times
- Sound reporting and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong task prioritisation and deadline management skills
- Capability to work within set budgets and timeframes
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with emotional third parties
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to formal qualification
Professional Registration:
- Registration or licensing may be required for certain services
- Member of either ICAA, CPA Australia, or IPA preferred
Core Competencies Required:
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks
- Budgeting and cost management capabilities
- Auditing and financial investigation skills
- Taxation knowledge and return preparation
- Accounting systems implementation and maintenance
- Business advisory and decision-making support
- Risk assessment and internal control systems understanding
Experience:
- Insolvency Experience preferred
- Entry-level graduates with strong academic foundation encouraged to apply
Role 2: Senior Analyst
- Location: Gold Coast
- Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
- Start: Immediate
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Analyst to join our Gold Coast office. In this role, you'll work closely with senior management and a dedicated team on all facets of corporate administration from planning and investigations to creditor reports and asset recoveries. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, direct access to experienced liquidators and consultants, and a career pathway that values your ambition and input.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of corporate insolvency appointments
- Prepare detailed reports and conduct investigations
- Maintain creditor relations and manage stakeholder communications
- Assist with asset realisation, recovery actions and file administration
- Contribute to a collaborative, solution-focused team culture
- Continuously develop your knowledge through training and mentoring
- Manage day-to-day tasks across a variety of corporate insolvency appointments (e.g., voluntary administrations, liquidations, SBRs, receiverships).
- Assist with the planning and implementation of external administration.
- Prepare and review formal reports to creditors, ASIC, and other stakeholders in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely file administration, including statutory forms, minutes, and internal documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing feedback and support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Corporations Act, Insolvency Practice Rules, and APES standards.
- Work closely with senior management and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on engagements.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of corporate insolvency experience
- Working towards or completed CA/CPA/IPA/ARITA qualifications
- Sound understanding of the Corporations Act and APES standards
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Insol6 and IPS experience is a bonus
- An Australian citizen or permanent resident is preferred, but not essential
- This position is an immediate start
