A warm and welcoming family based in Port Melbourne, VIC are seeking an experienced, nurturing and engaging nanny to care for their happy 9-month-old son.
The family are looking for a long-term nanny who will provide attentive, developmentally focused care while creating a safe, stimulating and loving environment. Mum works from home in a separate room and is looking for someone confident working independently while keeping her little one happy, engaged and thriving.
The nanny s primary focus will be providing quality care for the baby throughout the day, supporting his development through play, exploration and age-appropriate activities.
The family would love someone who enjoys storytelling, singing and interactive play, helping to foster language development, curiosity and confidence during this important stage of infancy.
Typical duties will include:

Providing attentive and nurturing care for the baby

Planning engaging, age-appropriate developmental activities

Reading stories, singing songs and encouraging language development

Supporting naps, feeding routines and general daily care

Preparing and assisting with the baby s meals and feeding

Taking the baby to local activities such as Wednesday playgroup and Rhyme Time when appropriate

Baby-related laundry as required

Maintaining a clean and organised play environment
