About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for reliable, experienced, and hardworking Cleaners who can ideally Drive and Clean. We are moving away from casual, one-off jobs and looking to build a dependable, full-time crew for a long-term investment.
Note: All new hires will undergo a paid trial period to assess skills, efficiency, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning (including end-of-lease cleans, deep cleans, and touch-ups).
- Work systematically and efficiently within a team environment to meet site timelines.
- (For Driver-Cleaners) Safely transport the team and cleaning equipment/van from our main hub in Lidcombe to various job sites across Sydney.
- Maintain, clean, and restock equipment/vehicles at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in professional cleaning is highly preferred.
- License: Valid Australian Driver’s License (Required for the $30/hr rate). Must be confident driving a service van.
- Availability: Must be fully available Monday through Friday for full-time hours (approx. 7.5 hrs/day).
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, proactive, punctual, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Work Rights: Must have full legal right to work in Australia (No restrictive student visa limits for full-time hours).
