The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers find that perfect card, comic, or collectible while keeping the space running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
- Create a fun, welcoming in-store experience
- Process sales via POS and handle cash/card transactions
- Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
- Learn and stay up to date with products (TCG trends, new stock, promotions, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Work well in a small team and independently
About You:
- A love for collectibles, TCGs, anime, comics, or pop culture
- Retail/customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to work weekends required
- Hold a valid NSW License (preferred but not required)
