About the Role:

In this role, you'll lead a team of talented analysts, helping them (and our clients!) navigate the complex world of digital data and unlock its full potential. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our data, developing insightful reports, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
What You'll Do:

Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Data Integrity: Run website tracking audits to ensure accurate data collection and provide actionable insights for tracking strategy.

Implementation & Troubleshooting: Implement Google Analytics (GA) on websites and/or apps and troubleshoot tracking and data collection issues using GA and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Stakeholder Communication: Report back to internal and external stakeholders on resolved issues, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Tag Management: Manage tags and provide tracking solutions using GTM.

Proactive Problem Solving: Consistently and proactively provide data-driven solutions.

Project Management: Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for delivery of projects to a high standard and manage deadlines and client expectations.

Innovation: Proactively review web analytics setup/activity for data collection efficiency and raise issues as needed.

Process Improvement: Innovate existing team/office processes with internal training or best practice guidelines

Knowledge Sharing: Take initiative with upskilling the team via self-education, knowledge sharing and/or mentoring

Champion Brand Standards: Take pride in all work delivered and ensures the presentation and design is impeccable and consistent with Atomic 212° brand guidelines
What You'll Bring:

Minimum 2 years of digital and data analytics experience
-
Minimum 2 years of deploying/managing tag manager solutions, e.g GTM
-
Solid understanding of web tracking solutions, e.g Google Analytics, Adobe
-
Experience with GA360 features is highly desirable
-
Experience managing direct reports, task allocation and mentoring
-
Demonstrated aptitude to manage/run stakeholder communications including meetings
-
Demonstrated aptitude to provide technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated aptitude to think and act strategically and when required out of the box
-
Demonstrated aptitude to respond quickly and effectively to team and clients' needs and issues
-
Demonstrated ability to self prioritise and show initiative and not wait for instruction from Manager

Demonstrated aptitude to provide stakeholders with reports that are easy to understand and actionable

Demonstrated aptitude to analyse data to unearth trends and opportunity that support strategic decision-making.
Technical Requirements

Able to troubleshoot and implement GA tracking issues

Good understanding of web and/or app development technologies, e.g. HTML, CSS, JS and/or Android, iOS
-
Solid knowledge of Google Sheets and commonly used functions (vlookup, query, filter, arrayformula etc..) and DataSlayer

Solid knowledge of Looker Studio or other visualisation tools

Intermediate HTML and JavaScript development skills to troubleshoot tagging issues
-
Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis

Ability to progress knowledge of coding languages Big Query, SQL and Javascript
