About the Role:
As the Mental Health Project Officer, you’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of high-quality mental health services across Sonders’ Mental Health portfolio. You’ll play a key role in monitoring data and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
You’ll also provide high-level executive support to leadership meetings across the Mental Health portfolio, helping to ensure effective coordination, reporting and follow-through on key priorities.
This location is flexible between the Kids Hub Marion GP Plus, and the Playford Health Hub.
Experience Requirements:
Experience working in a health care service, preferably within mental health.
Experience using client management systems, BI reports and SharePoint, with experience training others desirable.
Demonstrated experience in data collection, performance monitoring, reporting and quality improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, agencies and the broader community.
Experience providing administrative and executive support for meetings.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, exercise initiative and use sound judgement.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism when managing sensitive information.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
Tertiary level qualifications relating to public health, physical health, or mental health are required. Other tertiary level qualifications may be considered where a strong understanding of mental health services can be demonstrated.
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
