About the Role
We're looking for a Mid-Senior React Native Developer to join our engineering team and help build, maintain and scale the mobile app our customers use every day in the field. You'll work across the full mobile development lifecycle — from architecture and coding through to app store release — alongside backend, product and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build new features in our React Native mobile app
- Maintain code quality through unit testing and code reviews
- Manage app store and Play Store release cycles
- Improve app performance (loading speed, offline handling, data sync)
- Integrate REST APIs and collaborate with backend engineers
- Contribute to technical architecture and best practices
- Support and mentor other developers on the team
About You
- 3+ years' experience in mobile application development, with strong hands-on React Native experience
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Query or similar state management tools
- Understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles
- Experience writing automated tests (Jest, Detox, or similar)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release tooling (e.g. Fastlane) advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
