About the role
As a Gaming Attendant, you'll work across the gaming floor as part of the venue team, ensuring customers receive friendly, professional and compliant service.
What you'll be doing
- Provide friendly, efficient service across the gaming floor
- Follow responsible service of gambling requirements and venue procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
- Assist with customer enquiries and service requests
- Build rapport with regular customers and create a positive venue experience
- Support the wider team to maintain high service standards across the venue
What we're looking for
- You're warm, friendly and genuinely enjoy looking after customers
- You can stay calm, focused and professional during busy periods
- You're available to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- You enjoy building rapport with regular customers and being part of a community venue
- You hold a current RSA and RSG; CLO is highly regarded (or willingness to obtain)
- Gaming experience is preferred but not essential
