We are seeking a motivated, committed, and energetic individual to join our team as a Bingo Attendant.
Essential criteria successful candidates must meet:
Must be confident and experienced using microphone, ability to speak clearly on microphone
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
This is a casual position offering approx 20 hours per week (Not Guaranteed)
Ability to work Wednesday and Thursday split shifts, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings
This position is responsible for the successful and effective coordination of all aspects of bingo including compliance with Legislation in relation to bingo and its operations.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Hold a working knowledge of all areas of bingo including selling, calling, correct payout % calculations and understanding how games are played.
Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in other areas of the Club including bars and restaurant
Accurate cash handling skills.
Above average skill level in Microsoft Office and comfortable to use technical equipment operated in bingo environment.
Data entry and reporting as required by applicable legislation and Management.
Maintenance of PETs, laptop and other equipment required in the use of bingo.
Experience in general administration including banking.
