Technical Business Analyst | IAM / Identity Transformation

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major customer identity transformation program, helping deliver the migration from Okta to Auth0 within a large enterprise environment.
This is a high-profile initiative focused on modernising customer authentication, enabling single sign-on (SSO), uplifting multi-factor authentication (MFA), and establishing a scalable customer identity platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Capture and analyse business, functional and technical requirements.
- Document current and future state authentication journeys, identity flows and business processes
- Facilitate workshops across business, product, architecture, security and vendor teams.
- Create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
- Support backlog grooming, story refinement and agile delivery.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP activities and vendor engagement.
- Support solution design, testing and implementation activities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within large enterprise programs.
- Strong Agile / Scaled Agile delivery experience.
- Experience working across business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong process mapping, workshop facilitation and requirements management skills.
- Ability to work independently in complex environments.
Highly Desirable
- Identity & Access Management (IAM / CIAM).
- Auth0, Okta and/or Azure AD.
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML.
- SSO, MFA and customer authentication solutions.
- API integrations and authentication/token-based security models.
