Fulham, VIC | Approx. 2 Weeks | Immediate Start – 31 August 2026
Due to additional works being approved at our Fulham Solar Farm project, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced General Labourers and QA Labourers to join our team for an immediate short-term assignment.
As a General Labourer, you'll support the construction of utility-scale solar farms by assisting with a variety of site-based activities. Every day is different, and you'll work alongside experienced supervisors and tradespeople in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Duties may include:

Removing existing bolts and washers using rattle guns.
- Replacing washers and bolts.
- Re-torquing bolts to the required specifications.
- Undertaking QA checks and supporting quality requirements where required.
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Manual handling of materials and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Following SWMS, site requirements and SFC safety procedures.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to complete the works safely and efficiently.
We're looking for people who:

Are available to commence Monday, 31 August and commit to the approximately two-week project.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Are reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.
- Are confident using hand and power tools.
- Can undertake physically demanding work outdoors.
- Have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Hold a White Card (essential).
- Hold first aid and CPR certificate (preferred).
- Hold a current Australian Driver Licence (preferred).
- Have previous construction, civil, labouring or solar farm experience (highly regarded).
- Hold a Telehandler ticket (highly regarded).
