We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, hands‑on installers who take pride in quality workmanship and have a strong respect for working at heights.
About the Role
This is a full‑time position with an immediate start, working in small, skilled teams across Sydney, surrounding regions, and occasionally regional NSW. You’ll be responsible for installing a wide range of height‑safety and access systems, including:
- Harness anchor points
- Fixed access ladders
- External roof and suspended walkways
- Guardrails
- Static lines
- Mechanical platform systems and screens
- Roof access hatches
- Pull‑down ladder systems
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret plans and drawings for accurate set-out and installation
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Compliance Codes, and WHS legislation
- Maintain a strong safety mindset and respect for working at heights
- Deliver high‑quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach, strong work ethic, and lead by example
- Show reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Work overtime or weekends when required
- Travel regionally when needed — all travel expenses covered
- Reliable own transport
Desirable Criteria
- Construction trade background or qualification (e.g. Carpenter)
