We are seeking a female Support Worker to assist a 53-year-old participant in Burpengary who is recovering from a stroke. The participant has specifically requested a female worker who speaks clear English for comfort and effective communication.
About the Role
This role involves providing:
- Assistance that may include personal care
- Community access assistance
You will be supporting the participant to maintain independence, dignity, and engagement in daily activities.
Shift Details
- Monday , Wednesday, Fridays
- 9:30am–1:30pm (4 hours)
- Some weekend flexibility.
This is not a contracted role.
Essential Requirements
Please apply only if you meet ALL of the following:
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support
- Current Driver’s License and reliable, fully insured vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Previous experience supporting someone after a stroke

Pay: $35.15 – $43.73 per hour
