Role Description
The Office Support will be responsible for
- Handle daily administrative tasks including document organization, data entry, email processing, etc.
- Manage orders and track production schedules to ensure timely progress.
- Provide basic financial support.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient coordination and communication between departments.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to Start from 7am
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Share Point, Outlook…
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Highly energetic, organised, a proactive self-starter and a team player.
- Good communication skills in English, capable of effective written and verbal communication.
- MYOB/Xero experience is preferred but not essential.
- Previous building industry experience is highly desirable
- Able to work long-term and be committed to growing with the company.
