Tent Crew Member – Touring Circus
Circus Royale is seeking motivated and reliable Tent Crew Members to join our team on a long-term basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy physical work, can adapt to a variety of tasks, and are comfortable working as part of a close-knit touring team. Previous experience in labouring, event infrastructure, tent management, construction, or similar industries is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of circus tents and equipment.
- Performing general site, tent, and circus maintenance.
- Supporting day-to-day operational requirements across various departments.
- Working safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- Contributing to a positive and professional team culture while on tour.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current driver's licence (essential).
- Previous labouring, construction, event setup, or tent management experience.
- Forklift licence/certification (highly regarded).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to changing operational needs.
Onsite Living & Touring
Successful applicants will live onsite in caravan-style accommodation and travel with the show as it tours throughout Victoria.
