We are launching a series of official K-pop artist pop-up stores in Melbourne, featuring internationally recognised artists from leading entertainment companies. Following the pop-up activations, the business will transition into a permanent K-pop retail store in Melbourne CBD.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused team members to join us for this exciting journey from launch through to long-term retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Process sales and POS transactions
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Support day-to-day store operations
Requirements
- Fluent english
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Interest in K-pop, music and pop culture is highly regarded
