We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Galvanizer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing steel products through the galvanizing process, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor galvanizing equipment and baths;
· Prepare steel for the galvanizing process;
· Inspect and maintain quality standards throughout the process;
· Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment;
· Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets; and
· Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Qualifications and Relevant Experience Required
· At least three years’ experience in hot-dip galvanizing;
· A strong work ethic with attention to detail;
· Ability to work in a physically demanding environment;
· Commitment to safety and quality standards;
· Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions; and
· Forklift license and crane operating experience.
Pay: $79,500.00 per year
