Warehouse Floor Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Floor Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in leading daily warehouse operations, developing people, and maintaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse activities, supporting and developing team members, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring safety, productivity, and customer service expectations are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, dispatch, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Build strong working relationships and integrate effectively into an established team environment.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping, and performance.
- Develop team capability through mentoring, training, and ongoing feedback.
- Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and respect.
- Lead by example and take ownership of outcomes, challenges, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop individuals with varying personalities and experience levels.
- Current forklift licence and practical forklift operating experience is required.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
- Exposure to 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations would be highly regarded.
- Experience in the racking, storage, materials handling, or industrial products industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, maintain standards, and create a strong team culture.
- Reliable, accountable, and willing to lead from the front when required.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
