About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a Casual or Part time basis. This role is ideal for a enrolled nurses with experience in Home Care Packages or Support at Home experience. This role is ideal for graduate EN's or those nearing completion of their nursing studies, offering hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively alongside the Head of Clinical Services to support client care
- Support the oversight of Support Workers’ compliance and training requirements
- Contribute to multidisciplinary planning, service delivery and client visits
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance standards
- Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining compliance
- Liaise with clients, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license - Preferred
- Willing to travel outside of Bendigo for client visits if required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Be able to perform under pressure
