We're a busy, welcoming 60-seat café looking for a motivated Junior Café All Rounder / Waitstaff to join our team. If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you!
About the Role
As a Café All Rounder, you'll be involved in a variety of front-of-house duties, including:
- Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude.
- Taking food and beverage orders.
- Running food and drinks to tables.
- Clearing and resetting tables.
- Preparing basic cold drinks and assisting with café service.
- Keeping the café clean, organised, and well-presented.
- Working as part of a supportive team during busy service periods
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A quick learner with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented with good communication skills.
- Available to work weekdays and/or weekends (flexibility is an advantage).
Previous café, hospitality, or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential—we're happy to provide training for the right person.
