About the role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be the go-to for HR service delivery and systems support. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle while helping to improve processes and enhance the employee experience through smart use of technology.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, leave management and other HR system queries
- Maintaining and supporting our HR systems (Dayforce), ensuring data accuracy
- Troubleshooting system issues and providing user support and training
- Identifying and driving process improvements to streamline HR services
- Supporting HR system upgrades, enhancements, and projects
- Producing reports and insights to support decision-making
- Working closely with HR, IT and business leaders to improve service delivery
About you
You’re someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working with systems. You’re organised, proactive and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in a HR Coordinator or similar role
- Strong technical aptitude and confidence working with systems
- Experience supporting HRIS platforms (Dayforce highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn
This role will require travel to multiple Sanitarium sites across both Australia and New Zealand.
