Rustica Brighton is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Café Allrounder to join our team. If you're confident behind the espresso machine, comfortable across all sections of a busy café, and genuinely love hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
- Barista experience essential — confident on espresso, skilled in milk texturing, and able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee
- Comfortable working across all areas of the café — front of house, table service, food prep, and coffee
- Customer-focused — friendly, welcoming, and professional with every guest
- Operationally aware — understands stock rotation, cleanliness standards, and daily café workflows
- Reliable and adaptable — thrives under pressure and happy to step in wherever needed
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Weekend availability (essential)
