Times Berwick, a premium Modern Australian steak restaurant in Berwick, is looking for enthusiastic Wait Staff to join our front-of-house team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, taking food and beverage orders with a friendly, professional manner
- Provide attentive table service throughout the dining experience, including recommending menu and wine pairings
- Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, timely service
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room and service areas
- Uphold high standards of guest service and restaurant presentation at all times
What we're looking for:
- Previous hospitality or hospitality service experience preferred but not essential
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
