Job Description
Join our friendly, fast-paced pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Assistant, where your customer-first approach will help deliver exceptional care to our community. In this hands-on role, you will support daily operations while providing warm, attentive service to every customer who walks through our doors.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries

Processing sales accurately and efficiently managing transactions

Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
-
Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
-
Maintaining a safe, organised, and fully compliant retail environment

Assisting with stock control and inventory management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous retail, customer service, or pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong eagerness to learn

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
