The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage overall store operations to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize sales performance, improve profitability, and ensure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial management, and organizational skills to successfully manage retail operations and achieve business performance goals.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience by actively engaging with customers, resolving complaints professionally, and ensuring the store team consistently provides friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
- Monitor and analyze store sales performance, revenue, expenses, and profitability using store performance indicators and financial reports to achieve business targets and improve operational outcomes.
- Develop and implement merchandising, promotional, and marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities, improve product visibility, and enhance customer engagement within the store.
- Determine product range, stock levels, inventory requirements, and service standards based on customer demand, seasonal trends, and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory reconciliations, cash handling, sales transactions, and financial reporting in accordance with company procedures and auditing requirements.
- Conduct regular stock takes and inventory control activities to minimize stock loss, prevent discrepancies, and maintain appropriate stock availability.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
