At Last St Brewery, we’re on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Front of House Supervisor to help lead our amazing team. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time or casual work, we’d love to hear from you. We’re all about finding the right fit, not just filling a position.
As our Front of House Supervisor, you’ll work alongside our Venue Manager to keep the venue running smoothly while leading by example and helping create an atmosphere where both our team and our guests love to be.
What you’ll be doing:

Be a key leader within our front-of-house team and inspire those around you.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and confidently handle guest enquiries or feedback.
- Support managers with rostering, shift coordination and day-to-day operations.
- Open and close the venue, including cash handling.
- Work closely with our retail team to create a seamless customer experience across the venue.
- Share your enthusiasm for our brewery, products and retail offerings.
- Ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a reason to come back.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Foster a fun, supportive and team-focused culture where everyone enjoys coming to work.

Last St is a family-owned artisan distillery and brewery, located in Beechworth, regional Victoria. Our mission is to create flavourful drinks and experiences worth sharing. We have made our home in the historic brewery and lovingly restored it to its former glory, where as well as production we now host tours, tastings and dining experiences for thousands of visitors each week.
