We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant / Pick & Packer to join our friendly Warehouse & Online team at Indian Drive in Keysborough, Melbourne.
This is a full-time permanent role, with proven prospects for promotion for those who want to progress in their career.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organising pallets, handling receiving and dispatch tasks for online orders, and assisting with various duties including customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Organise pallets efficiently within the warehouse space
- Manage receiving and dispatch processes, Picking and Packing.
- Use computer systems for inventory tracking and data entry
- Assist with storefront, answering phones & communicating with customers
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Strong computer literacy / ability to use computers
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to assist with storefront tasks if needed
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
