What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Suite, you will provide high-quality, person-centred perioperative nursing care to patients throughout their surgical journey. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive patient outcomes while maintaining professional standards and delivering safe, effective care in a busy clinical environment.
Deliver safe, efficient and evidence-based patient care that meets individual needs
Assess, monitor and respond to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced surgical setting
Collaborate with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes
Delegate, supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and students as appropriate
Manage resources effectively and facilitate referrals and discharge planning where required
