About Role:
We have exciting opportunities available for Therapists on a casual basis to support the day patient and inpatient group programs at Ramsay Health Care Northside. The service delivers a comprehensive group therapy program across key clinical areas, including mood disorders, eating disorders, addiction, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), young adults, and general Mental Health.
About You:
You will have the ability to plan and organise skills groups, along with a commitment to excellence in the delivery of healthcare services to patients seeking mental health treatment. To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated and flexible team player with a high degree of professionalism.
You will need to demonstrate:

Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or equivalent mental health care professional registration such as such as AASW or PACFA. Looking for psychologists, social worker and counsellors.

Training and experience facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to facilitate and deliver skill group content with creativity and flexibility

Able to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a complex therapeutic environment

Familiar with Microsoft Suite

Eating disorder focus and work experience an advantage

Ideally available for Mondays and Friday

Available to cover planned and unplanned leave
