Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Remedial Massage Therapist to join our professional and friendly team. This position offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to work 2–5 days per week based on your schedule and client demand. You’ll enjoy a steady flow of bookings, well-equipped facilities, and a supportive environment focused on client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients and provide personalised remedial massage treatments.
- Use techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and sports massage.
- Create and maintain treatment plans and accurate client records.
- Educate clients on self-care, stretching, posture, and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with other health practitioners to optimise client results.
- Contribute positively to our professional and welcoming clinic culture.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, professional remedial therapist who is committed to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Requirements include:
- Diploma (or higher) in Remedial Massage Therapy (nationally recognised).
- Private health provider number or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a remedial or wellness clinic (preferred).
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a client-focused approach.
