As Account Executive, you'll own a Mid Market territory, build relationships with senior business leaders, and help organisations transform their HR, payroll and workforce management through UKG's market-leading HCM solutions. Backed by strong marketing, pre-sales and leadership support, you'll have the tools and autonomy to make a real impact.

What you'll do:
- Build and grow your own pipeline through strategic prospecting and new business development.
- Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover business challenges and demonstrate clear commercial value.
- Present compelling solutions and ROI to HR, Finance and executive decision-makers.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through to close, partnering with internal specialists to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years' experience in SaaS sales, ideally within HCM or similar technology.
- A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a genuine desire to learn, grow and continuously improve.
