Helly Hansen is a premium outdoor brand known globally for technical apparel used by ski professionals, sailors and outdoor enthusiasts. From our Brookvale Head Office, we support stores, eCommerce and wholesale operations across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Retail Operations Coordinator to help support our growing retail network.
This role would suit someone coming from:
- Store Management
- Assistant Store Management
- Retail Operations
- VM or Stock Control roles

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our Head of Retail to support the day-to-day operations of our stores, including:
- Supporting stock management and stocktakes
- Helping stores resolve inventory and delivery issues
- Preparing weekly sales and KPI reports
- Coordinating store communications and operational updates
- Assisting with store maintenance and supplier follow-up
- Supporting store systems and basic tech troubleshooting
- Helping drive consistency across store operations and processes
- Conducting store visits and operational checks
No two days are the same — this is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work across all areas of retail operations.
About You
You might already be working in retail and looking for your next career move into Head Office.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail focused
- Confident communicating with store teams
- Good with systems and problem solving
- Proactive and willing to jump in where needed
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about retail and customer experience
Experience with inventory, reporting or retail operations is highly regarded, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
A passion for snow, water sports or the outdoors is a bonus.
