Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x)
- Configure and manage messaging services using TIBCO EMS
- Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka
- Build scalable and high-performance APIs and services (REST/SOAP)
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into integration solutions
- Troubleshoot integration, performance, and messaging issues
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and enterprise standards
- Support deployment, release, and production activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, QA, and operations
Your Experience and QualificationsMust Have
- 8+ years of experience in TIBCO development
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW)
- TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS)
- Hands-on experience with Kafka (event streaming, producers/consumers)
- Experience with integration patterns, SOA, and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, REST/SOAP services
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Experience with TIBCO Admin / Hawk / TEA
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of scripting (Shell/Python)
- Experience in financial services or market infrastructure
Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
