Assistant Baker
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Baker to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're an experienced baker or looking to further develop your skills, we're seeking someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the preparation and production of breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
- Measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking products according to recipes and quality standards.
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensuring products are presented to a high standard.
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the bakery.
- Supporting the baking team and occasionally front of house with daily production requirements.
- Assisting with opening procedures and early morning preparation.
- Occasional social media appearances.
