The Temporary Cook & Barista supports the daily operation of the Aunties Café food van by preparing quality café food, making consistent coffee, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering friendly service to guests. The role requires someone who can work independently in a compact food‑van environment while also collaborating effectively with the wider holiday park team.
- Preparing breakfast and lunch menu items
- Making consistent, high‑quality coffee

- Managing stock ordering for the café and maintaining inventory levels

Mandatory Requirements
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have confident barista skills
- Must hold a NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Issued by an approved RTO, valid for 5 years)
- Must be able to work individually and as part of a team
- Must be able to manage stock ordering for the café
